Alexandria Real Estate (NYSE: ARE) reported Q3 FFO of $1.33, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $218.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $206.22 million.

Alexandria Real Estate sees FY2015 FFO of $5.24-$5.26, versus the consensus of $5.24.
