Standpoint Research downgraded Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) from Buy to Hold.

Standpoint analyst, Ronnie Moas, said, "The S&P has run up by > 100 points since the intra-day low on Monday last week and we want to reduce our high beta exposure here. OSK is + 18.8% for us and + 1150 bps versus the S&P-500. The shares remain undervalued by more than the first two names we dropped (MDT & SBS), but the downside risk is higher. I am disregarding any takeover speculation surrounding this Icahn name, now trading at more than 10X estimates for next year."
