Standpoint Research downgraded Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX) from Buy to Hold.

Analyst, Ronnie Moas, said, "If there is one thing I like more than my Crocs shoes it is trading the stock! In nine years, I have made more than 500 recommendations. There have been a bunch of names I went 3-for-3 on … and 4-for-4 on a few … this is the first time I hit 5-for-5."

"As I said, good news is expected, but may already be priced in. Crocs already guided higher on January 11...announced a licensing deal...there have been PE rumors...and Crocs will benefit from the warm winter that hurt the boot sellers. This is a great company selling more than 200 designs in nearly 100 countries, but the same could have been said before the 40% October crash. The market run is also a concern. We will watch this from the sidelines and hope we get a sixth shot at this in the future."
