Noble Capital analyst Joe Gomes downgraded Twin Hospitality (NASDAQ: TWNP) from Outperform to Market Perform.
The analyst comments "Moving to Market Perform. Given the uncertainty in the debt restructuring, we are moving our rating to Market Perform from Outperform. We believe the current issue to be balance sheet related and not an indication of the Company's operating performance. If an agreement with the debtholders can be consummated, we believe the operating performance will improve over time as the entire restaurant industry works through the current challenging environment. Twin Hospitality's strong growth pipeline remains a positive development for driving future growth, in our view."
