Kaufman Bros. downgraded NetScout (NASDAQ: NTCT) from Buy to Hold. PT cut from $29.50 to $16.50.
Kaufman analyst says, "First-quarter results lower than our expectations, which were already below the Street...Company pre-released disappointing results for second consecutive quarter and lowered full-year guidance as two of its largest verticals continue to trend poorly...Two quarters of disappointing news highlighting near-term issues, combined with our rising macro concern about overall enterprise spending later this year help drive our rationale."
