Erste Group analyst Hans Engel downgraded Spotify (NYSE: SPOT) from Buy to Hold.
The analyst comments "Spotify's revenues are growing steadily. The company has recently been able to operating costs slightly. The operating margin is therefore increasing. However, revenue growth is expected to slow in 2026 due to weakening consumer confidence in the US. The stock is highly valued from this perspective and also in a sector comparison based on the P/E ratio."
