Citi analyst Nayab Amjad downgraded Liberty Global (NASDAQ: LBTYA) from Buy to Sell with a price target of $25.00 (from $31.00).
The analyst comments "Liberty has outperformed the SXKP by c.25% since January due to expectations of Swiss deal completing, the closing of Vodafone transaction and the recent tender offer. Further substantial buybacks will require the completion of Swiss transaction that faces deal risk and although Liberty has the firepower, accretive M&A may be challenging to achieve."
