Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.36 per share, or $5.44 annualized. This is a 4.6% increase from the prior dividend of $1.30.
The dividend will be payable on November 12, 2024, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2024.
