Simulations Plus (NASDAQ: SLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 26, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 25, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
