NexPoint Real Estate Finance (NYSE: NREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.3 percent.
