Microchip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3585 per share, or $1.434 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
