Barings BDC (NYSE: BBDC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 3, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 2, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
