Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
