Trimble expands Hyundai HD130A dozer integration globally

August 19, 2025 6:30 AM EDT

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) and Hyundai Construction Equipment announced the global availability of a Trimble Ready 3D option for Hyundai's HD130A bulldozer line. The companies had previously made this option available to North American customers in late 2024.

The Trimble Ready option allows HD130A bulldozers to be shipped from the factory with pre-installed hardware for the Trimble Earthworks grade control platform. The system is available for both the HD130A XL and HD130A LGP models. The technology automatically adjusts blade position based on project design data displayed in the operator cab.

"The Trimble Ready Hyundai HD130A bulldozer is another way earthmoving contractors can seamlessly connect their digital and physical worlds," said Scott Crozier, vice president of civil construction field systems at Trimble.

Gert Peeters, product manager at Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe, stated that the collaboration "enhances our ability to offer precision and productivity straight from the factory."

The system supports multiple sensor configurations including dual GNSS with cross slope, UTS with cross slope, single GNSS with cross slope, dual laser with cross slope, and single laser with cross slope options.

Installation services and technical support are provided through Trimble's SITECH dealer network and authorized resellers. The companies indicated they plan to collaborate on additional operator assist features and cloud-based solutions for construction equipment.

The announcement expands the factory integration option beyond North America to international markets through the existing dealer network.
