SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) announced it secured an electronic monitoring service provider contract in Louisiana, marking the company's entry into its 16th new U.S. state since mid-2024.

The agreement represents SuperCom's 17th new service provider partnership since mid-2024. Under the contract, SuperCom will serve as the primary electronic monitoring technology partner for a Louisiana-based provider that has operated monitoring programs across the state for over a decade, managing supervision services for multiple counties.

The deployment includes a transition of the provider's existing GPS tracking operations to SuperCom's PureSecurity platform, replacing an incumbent vendor following a competitive evaluation process. The transition is scheduled to begin within the coming weeks and will be implemented across active monitoring programs.

The contract follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, according to the press release.

"We are pleased to expand into Louisiana through a partnership with a well-established statewide service provider managing multiple county programs," said Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom. "Their decision to transition to SuperCom following a competitive evaluation process reflects the strength, reliability, and scalability of our technology."

SuperCom, founded in 1988, provides digital identity solutions and security technology to governments and organizations worldwide. The company offers RFID and mobile technology products for industries including healthcare, security, law enforcement, and electronic monitoring.
