Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (NYSE: SSD), an industry leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, today announced that Brian Magstadt, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has informed the Company of his intention to retire effective December 31, 2024. Mr. Magstadt joined Simpson in 2004 and has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2012. The Company has initiated a comprehensive search for a new Chief Financial Officer consisting of both internal and external candidates.
Mike Olosky, Simpson's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Brian has been an integral part of the Simpson team for the past 20 years.
