Real launches AI-powered home search assistant HeyLeo

The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) announced the launch of HeyLeo, an AI-powered conversational search tool for home buyers. The company unveiled the product at its annual agent conference RISE 2025.

HeyLeo allows users to search for homes using voice commands or natural language text rather than traditional filters. The system asks contextual questions about living arrangements, school preferences, and deal-breakers to provide property recommendations. It can answer specific questions about individual properties, including details about flooring, closets, roof conditions, and nearby amenities.

The beta version operates in select markets across 20 states and uses data from direct MLS feeds. The platform incorporates technology from Real's acquisition of Flyhomes' consumer search portal completed in July.

Real estate agents can customize HeyLeo by uploading their voice for personalized interactions and access branded profiles with personalized URLs. Agents can monitor conversations and intervene when needed, while the system can connect buyers to mortgage pre-approval services through One Real Mortgage.

"HeyLeo meets buyers wherever they are in that journey, offering contextual intelligence to provide intuitive guidance, instant answers and seamless connection to the next step."

The system is built on Real's reZEN platform and represents the company's first home search product. HeyLeo is available at HeyLeo.com for buyers in participating markets.

Real operates in all 50 U.S. states and Canada, supporting over 30,000 agents on its digital brokerage platform.
