OptimizeRx names new executives in leadership restructuring

OptimizeRx Corp. (NASDAQ: OPRX) announced organizational changes and leadership appointments as part of its strategy to balance growth with profitability. The healthcare technology company made six executive appointments and role expansions.

Ed Stelmakh was appointed Chief Financial & Strategic Officer, expanding from his previous role as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer. The position now includes corporate strategy responsibilities alongside financial leadership.

Brendan Merrell was promoted to Chief Operating Officer from Senior Vice President of Client Strategy & Program Management. Andy D'Silva was named Chief Business Officer, advancing from Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, and will oversee strategic planning initiatives while continuing to lead financial planning and investor relations.

Marion Odence-Ford was named Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, expanding her role to include administrative functions in addition to legal, compliance, and governance matters. The company retained Theresa Greco as Chief Commercial Officer to oversee sales, account management and marketing operations. Doug Besch continues as Chief Product & Technology Officer with added responsibility for data and partnership efforts.
