Nauticus Robotics delays annual report filing

Nauticus Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITT) announced it will not file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025 by the required deadline. The Houston-based subsea robotics company said it intends to file a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 and expects to submit the Form 10-K by April 15, 2026.
The company will reschedule its earnings conference call to occur after the Form 10-K filing. Details regarding the rescheduled call will be announced through a press release and posted on the company's investor relations website.
Nauticus Robotics develops autonomous robots for ocean industries, focusing on subsea infrastructure maintenance and data collection. The company's business model includes robotic services, vehicle and component sales, and software licensing to commercial and defense sectors.
