Lippert acquires Bigfoot Hydraulic Systems from Leveltron

October 13, 2025 7:01 AM EDT

LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) announced that its subsidiary Lippert Components Manufacturing has acquired substantially all business assets of Leveltron, the provider of Bigfoot Hydraulic Systems. The acquisition was completed through LCI's wholly owned subsidiary Lippert Components.

Bigfoot, based in White Pigeon, Michigan, manufactures hydraulic leveling solutions and landing gear for Class A, B and C motorhomes, as well as utility and equine trailer markets. The company's systems are also used in military and construction equipment applications. Bigfoot is currently led by third-generation leaders Matt and Brandon Lehman, along with Bob Slack.

Ryan Smith, LCI Industries' Group President for North America, stated the acquisition adds leveling systems that address market segments Lippert has not historically served. The company plans to expand Bigfoot's reach through Lippert's existing distribution and dealer networks.

Bigfoot will continue installation services at its White Pigeon facility. Lippert plans to eventually expand installation services to locations where Lippert factory service is provided nationwide. The acquisition aims to strengthen Lippert's catalog of hydraulic and electric leveling systems.

LCI Industries supplies engineered components to outdoor recreation and transportation markets through its Lippert subsidiary. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker LCII.
