Johnson Controls names Todd Grabowski Americas president

September 24, 2025 6:55 AM EDT

Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) appointed Todd Grabowski as vice president and president of Americas, effective October 1, 2025. Grabowski will oversee strategy and execution for the Americas region, reporting to CEO Joakim Weidemanis and serving on the executive committee.

Grabowski replaces Nate Manning, who will leave Johnson Controls at year-end to pursue other opportunities. Manning will continue in a special advisor role until his departure.

The appointee most recently served as president of Global Data Centers & Applied Equipment. Grabowski joined Johnson Controls over 30 years ago in the North America field organization, working as a branch general manager and leading area-level sales. He later expanded his leadership in Global Products, overseeing Air Handling Units and Applied Equipment in the Americas while building the company's data center business.

"Todd brings a valuable combination of technical and commercial expertise and will help to accelerate our evolution into a growth-focused, customer-centric powerhouse," said Weidemanis in a company statement.

Grabowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh University. He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Cleveland Mechanical Contractor Association.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
