Inpixon (INPX) Regains Nasdaq Compliance
Inpixon® (Nasdaq: INPX) today announced that it received notice from Nasdaq on November 1, 2022 that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). In order to regain compliance, the Company's common stock was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive trading days.
Nasdaq determined that for the last 18 consecutive business days, from October 7, 2022 to October 31, 2022, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq has advised that this matter is now closed.
