Informatica launches enhanced customer success offerings

Informatica (NYSE: INFA) announced new customer success offerings for 2025 designed to accelerate return on investment and reduce total cost of ownership for users of its Intelligent Data Management Cloud platform.

The enhanced offerings include three AI-powered automation capabilities available at no additional cost: Platform Insights for data-driven recommendations, Upgrade Intelligence for predictive analytics on release impacts, and Deployment Automation for software development lifecycle workflows.

The company introduced Business Impact Prioritization, which targets 50% faster response times for high-impact incidents through automatic business impact analysis and 24x7 global coverage. Priority Event Assurance provides dedicated technical support during major business events including product releases, production deployments and cloud migrations.

Informatica received its fifth consecutive J.D. Power certification for Outstanding Customer Service Experience in Technical Support. The certification evaluates customer satisfaction across assisted service channels and operational excellence through assessment of dozens of operational categories.

The Technology & Services Industry Association awarded Informatica the 2025 TSIA Star Award for Excellence in Content Strategy, recognizing the company's educational content approach for improving customer outcomes and product adoption.
