Hyperscale Data outlines U.S. robotics infrastructure plans

April 20, 2026 5:57 AM EDT

Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) released a strategic statement from Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault, III regarding the company's robotics development plans through its subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics, LLC.

The statement outlines plans for domestic robotics supply chains, training environments, and deployment systems. Omnipresent Robotics is developing humanoid robotic systems and real-world training environments integrated with Hyperscale Data's compute infrastructure for embodied AI model development.

The company holds what it describes as the highest partner tier with AGIBOT PTE. LTD., a robotics technology developer, claiming to be the first American company to reach this partnership level. Hyperscale Data plans to build a robotics campus in Michigan for robot training, testing, and assembly.

"We are building in Michigan because Michigan still has industrial muscle memory," Ault stated. "We are developing a campus where robots can be trained to perform real jobs, tested until the weak points show themselves, assembled here, and sent back into the field with software that actually fits the work."

The company intends to offer various services including robot hardware with software development kits, custom model training, and full system deployment and support. Hyperscale Data also plans to sell embodied AI data and evaluation data to frontier laboratories.

Hyperscale Data operates data centers for digital asset mining and AI ecosystem services through its subsidiary Sentinum, Inc. The company expects to divest its Ault Capital Group subsidiary in the second quarter of 2027.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
