Hyperscale Data declares dividends on preferred stock
Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its board of directors declared monthly cash dividends on two series of preferred stock.
The company declared a dividend of $0.2708333 per share of its 13.00% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock. The record date is October 31, 2025, with payment scheduled for November 10, 2025.
The board also declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.20833 per share of the company's 10.00% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, with the same record and payment dates.
Hyperscale Data operates as a diversified holding company through its subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., which owns and operates a data center for digital asset mining and provides colocation and hosting services for artificial intelligence ecosystems. The company's other subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc., is a diversified holding company that acquires undervalued businesses and disruptive technologies.
The company expects to divest Ault Capital Group in the second quarter of 2026. Following the divestiture, Hyperscale Data would focus on data center operations and digital asset holdings.
