Hyperscale Data bitcoin treasury reaches $75.25 million
Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its bitcoin treasury totaled approximately $75.25 million as of November 9, 2025, representing about 66% of the company's market capitalization based on its November 10 closing stock price.
The AI data center company's wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum held 267.6862 bitcoin as of November 9, consisting of 44.0994 bitcoin from mining operations and 223.5868 bitcoin acquired through open market purchases. This included 29.0900 bitcoin purchased during the week ended November 9. Based on bitcoin's closing price of $104,720 on November 9, these holdings had a market value of approximately $28.0 million.
Hyperscale Data has allocated an additional $47.25 million in cash for Sentinum to deploy into open-market bitcoin purchases. The company stated it plans to continue using a dollar-cost averaging strategy to build its digital asset position while reducing exposure to short-term market volatility.
"Expanding our bitcoin treasury to $75.25 million underscores Hyperscale Data's disciplined capital allocation strategy and our conviction in bitcoin as a long-term store of value," said Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data.
The company targets investing at least 5% of allocated cash each week through daily purchases, though actual amounts may vary based on market conditions. Hyperscale Data aims to accumulate bitcoin equal to 100% of its market capitalization as part of its $100 million digital asset treasury strategy.
The company plans to issue weekly reports every Tuesday detailing its bitcoin holdings as it advances toward its $100 million target. Through Sentinum, Hyperscale Data operates a data center that mines digital assets and provides colocation and hosting services for AI ecosystems and other industries.
