October 21, 2025 6:01 AM EDT

Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its bitcoin treasury, including current holdings and cash allocated for committed purchases, totaled approximately $60 million as of October 19, 2025. This amount represents approximately 66% of the company's market capitalization based on its stock price at the close of trading on October 20, 2025.

The company's wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc. held approximately 150.22 bitcoin as of October 19, 2025, consisting of 32.63 bitcoin from mining operations and 117.59 bitcoin acquired through open market purchases. Based on bitcoin's closing price of $108,666 on October 19, 2025, these holdings had an approximate market value of $16.3 million.

Hyperscale Data has allocated $43.7 million in cash for Sentinum to deploy into open-market bitcoin purchases. The company stated it intends to continue deploying capital through a dollar-cost averaging strategy.

"Our disciplined dollar-cost averaging strategy continues to prove its strength," said Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data. "Volatility in bitcoin's price has provided meaningful opportunities to build our position methodically and at favorable long-term averages."

The company targets investing at least 5% of allocated cash each week with daily purchases, though the actual amount may vary based on market conditions. Hyperscale Data plans to continue issuing weekly reports every Tuesday detailing its bitcoin holdings as it advances toward its $100 million digital asset treasury target.

Through Sentinum, Hyperscale Data owns and operates a data center where it mines digital assets and offers colocation and hosting services. The company expects to divest its other subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc., in the second quarter of 2026.
