September 30, 2025 6:02 AM EDT

Hyperscale Data Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) announced its bitcoin treasury, including holdings and cash allocated for committed purchases, totaled approximately $24.2 million as of September 28, 2025. The amount represents 41.4% of the company's market capitalization based on its stock price at the close of trading on September 29, 2025.

The company's subsidiary Sentinum Inc. held 24.2214 bitcoin as of September 28, consisting of 22.3828 bitcoin from mining operations and 1.8386 bitcoin acquired in the open market. Based on bitcoin's closing price of $112,123 on September 28, these holdings had an approximate market value of $2.7 million.

Hyperscale Data allocated $21.5 million in cash for bitcoin purchases through Sentinum. The subsidiary executed a $1.9 million bitcoin purchase on September 29, more than doubling the company's bitcoin holdings from the prior week to approximately $4.6 million.

"We continue to remain confident in the future of bitcoin and the disciplined approach we are taking to accumulate $100 million," said Milton "Todd" Ault III, executive chairman of Hyperscale Data. "While the pace of open-market acquisitions has taken longer than expected due to regulatory and custodial requirements, I am encouraged by the progress our team has made in deploying capital."

The company maintains a goal of accumulating bitcoin equal to 100% of its market capitalization as part of its $100 million digital asset treasury strategy. Hyperscale Data plans to continue weekly reports on its bitcoin holdings every Tuesday morning as it advances toward the target.

Through Sentinum, Hyperscale Data operates a data center where it mines digital assets and provides colocation and hosting services. The company expects to divest its other subsidiary, Ault Capital Group Inc., in the first quarter of 2026.
