GridAI appoints Tim Healy as executive chairman

February 4, 2026 8:47 AM EST

GridAI Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: GRDX) announced the appointment of Tim Healy as Executive Chairman of Grid AI Corp., the company's wholly owned operating subsidiary.

Healy brings over 20 years of experience in energy technology and energy transition sectors. He co-founded EnerNOC, leading the company from inception through its NASDAQ IPO and subsequent acquisition by Enel. During his tenure at EnerNOC, the company grew to 1,500 employees and generated more than $480 million in annual revenue. Healy completed 19 mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.

In his new role, Healy will collaborate with Marshall Chapin, recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Grid AI Corp., on corporate strategy, platform development, and capital formation. Healy and Chapin previously worked together at EnerNOC for nearly a decade.

"The intersection of AI, data centers, and energy management presents a once-in-a-lifetime transformation opportunity," Healy stated. "The rapid proliferation of AI is driving an urgent need to build out the supporting data centers and infrastructure, and the bottleneck in the system is power."

GridAI Technologies Corp. develops software and control platforms that optimize interactions between data centers, the electric grid, on-site generation, and energy storage systems. The company focuses on enabling hyperscalers and large energy consumers to accelerate data center deployment while improving reliability and grid integration.

The appointment strengthens the company's leadership team as it advances its mission to deliver software-driven orchestration and control solutions for hyperscale data center campuses, according to the company's press release.
