GameSquare regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) announced it received written confirmation from Nasdaq that the company has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.
The company's common shares maintained a closing bid price of $1.00 or greater for 10 consecutive business days from July 8 to July 21, 2025, meeting Nasdaq's requirement for compliance restoration.
Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff notified GameSquare that it has determined the company regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is now closed.
To regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement, the company's shares needed to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days, according to the company's statement.
GameSquare operates as a media, entertainment, and technology company focused on connecting brands with younger audiences through gaming content and includes FaZe Clan among its properties.
