Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) appointed Lubomila Jordanova as Chief Executive Officer, the London-based sustainability software company announced. The appointment follows Diginex's acquisition of Plan A, where Jordanova served as founder and CEO.

Jordanova brings experience in carbon accounting and decarbonization strategy to her new role. Under her leadership, Plan A built partnerships with organizations including Visa and developed a client base of more than 1,500 companies, including BMW and ChloƩ.

Mark Blick stepped down as CEO and will continue as Strategic Advisor during the transition. Blick led the company through its Nasdaq listing in January 2025 and oversaw a 293% increase in revenue along with strategic acquisitions.

"This transition marks an exciting new chapter for Diginex as we deepen our global footprint and accelerate our integrated platform strategy," said Miles Pelham, Chairman of Diginex.

The company provides software for businesses and governments to manage sustainability, regulatory, and supply chain data. Its diginexESG platform supports 19 global frameworks including GRI, SASB, and TCFD. Clients include HSBC, Coca-Cola, and Fitch Ratings.

Plan A operates as Diginex's subsidiary, providing corporate carbon accounting and decarbonization software to help organizations measure and reduce environmental impact across emissions scopes.

Jordanova has been recognized as an Obama Europe Leader and MIT Innovator Under 35 Europe. She previously worked in investment banking and venture capital across Asia and Europe and has served on advisory bodies for the European Investment Bank and other organizations.
