DXC Technology and Boomi announce strategic partnership

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) and Boomi announced a strategic partnership focused on enterprise automation and AI integration services. The collaboration aims to help companies modernize applications and implement AI-driven systems.
The partnership centers on three areas: application modernization through cloud-native integration solutions, AI-driven migration and data readiness services, and implementation of Boomi's Agentstudio for AI agent management across enterprise systems.
The companies will establish a Boomi Center of Excellence within DXC to serve as a delivery and innovation hub. The center will provide implementation patterns, reusable assets, and field enablement services for customers across different regions and industries.
"Many enterprises today are overwhelmed by disconnected systems and technical debt, facing immense pressure to modernize while ensuring security, continuity and compliance," said T.R. Newcomb, Chief Revenue Officer at DXC Technology.
Steve Lucas, Chairman and CEO at Boomi, stated that the partnership gives enterprises "a direct path to modernization, automation, and long-term AI readiness."
The partnership will focus on connecting enterprise systems including order management, inventory, logistics and finance operations. DXC will leverage Boomi's automation platform alongside its engineering capabilities to deliver integration services.
Boomi serves over 25,000 customers and works with a network of 800 partners. DXC Technology is described as a Fortune 500 technology services provider. The announcement was made according to a press release statement from the companies.
