Copa Holdings (NYSE: CPA) reported increased passenger traffic for September 2025, with system-wide passenger traffic rising 6.4% compared to the same month in 2024.
The Panama-based airline's revenue passenger miles reached 2,283.1 million in September 2025, up from 2,145.3 million in September 2024. Available seat miles increased 5.2% to 2,628.2 million from 2,497.3 million in the prior year period.
The company's load factor, which measures the percentage of aircraft seating capacity utilized, reached 86.9% for September 2025, representing a 1.0 percentage point increase from 85.9% in September 2024.
Copa Holdings provides passenger and cargo services across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean through its operating subsidiaries. The traffic statistics were released as preliminary figures for the month.
