Cloudastructure Inc. (NASDAQ: CSAI) announced it secured a contract to provide AI surveillance and remote guarding services for a luxury high-rise in downtown Houston spanning more than 400,000 square feet.

The contract represents the second property where the ownership group has selected Cloudastructure as its security provider. The company will deploy its AI/ML video analytics integrated with its remote guarding platform at the Houston property.

According to the company's statement, its first deployment with this ownership group addressed over 50 security incidents in two months, including loitering, trespassing, and suspicious activity.

"In just two months, our Remote Guards have addressed over 50 incidents at this site that have led to improved resident safety, rule enforcement, and prevented violence from escalating," said CEO James McCormick.

Cloudastructure claims its technology delivers a crime deterrence rate of up to 98% and reduces physical guard costs by as much as 40%. The company states the Houston high-rise ranks among the city's premier multifamily assets with a value in the hundreds of millions.

The Palo Alto-based company provides cloud-based security services that combine video surveillance with AI analytics and remote monitoring capabilities. Cloudastructure offers month-to-month pricing without long-term contracts and claims its platform can reduce total cost of ownership by up to 75% compared to other systems.
