Clearwater Analytics (NYSE: CWAN) announced enhancements to its Alternative Assets Solution at its annual user conference Connect '25. The technology provider introduced new capabilities targeting the $2.5 trillion private credit market.
The enhanced platform includes four new features: Private Credit Management integrates with accounting workflows to automate loan calculations and cash flows. Fund Research applies artificial intelligence to fund documents and due diligence processes. Asset Sync provides real-time data synchronization between asset owners and managers. The Mortgage Module consolidates residential and commercial mortgage data and automates reporting to comply with NAIC, Solvency II, and other regulatory standards.
"Private credit is no longer a niche allocation — it's central to institutional portfolios. But the operating model hasn't kept pace," said Kirat Singh, President, Risk and Alternative Assets at CWAN.
According to the company, private credit allocations have increased threefold since 2018, with institutional allocations projected to grow 40% over the next three years. The Boise, Idaho-based company reports that early clients using these capabilities have experienced faster processing times and fewer errors.
The enhanced Alternative Assets Solution is available to financial institutions globally. Clearwater Analytics supports over $10 trillion in assets through its cloud-native platform for institutional investors across public and private markets.
