Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) announced details of its Cisco 360 Partner Program, set to launch January 25, 2026. The program was developed with input from partners and introduces new incentive structures and specializations focused on artificial intelligence infrastructure.
The enhanced program includes the Cisco Partner Incentive, which offers rebate rates for specific areas including campus refresh, AI, security and premium services. Partners can access two additional bonuses: a Cross Sell Bonus for portfolio breadth and a Next Generation Specialization Bonus for specialized expertise.
Starting February 2026, Cisco Preferred Partners can earn two new specializations: Secure AI Infrastructure and Secure Networking. Both specializations provide additional Cisco Partner Incentive bonuses for partners who demonstrate expertise in integrated hardware, software and services solutions.
The program expands partner enablement resources with Cisco Partner Learning Journeys, which provide role-based training paths. Partners will also gain access to a Cisco AI Assistant for multilingual content, Advanced Cloud Demo Experiences for virtual customer environment demonstrations, and expanded AI skills training through Cisco U.
"This program is critical to our mutual success with partners," said Tim Coogan, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Cisco, according to the company's press release.
The company will provide marketing support for the program launch, including a Launchpad and Branding Toolkit to help partners prepare for the January 2026 rollout. Cisco stated the program builds on more than 20 years of partnerships and aims to help partners deliver customer value while maintaining profitability levels comparable to existing programs.
