CORSAIR launches AIR 5400 triple-chamber PC case

October 21, 2025 9:02 AM EDT

CORSAIR (NASDAQ: CRSR) announced the launch of its AIR 5400 triple-chamber mid-tower PC case, according to a company press release.

The case features a triple-chamber architecture that separates the CPU, GPU, and power/cable components into isolated cooling zones. The design includes a front-mounted chamber specifically for a 360mm all-in-one CPU liquid cooler, which draws cool air from outside the case and exhausts warm air through a dedicated vent.

The AIR 5400 includes wraparound tempered glass panels with swing-open doors, dual airflow ducts, and comes with three pre-installed reverse-rotor RGB fans. The case supports graphics cards up to 430mm in length and includes compatibility with reverse-connector motherboards from ASUS, MSI, and GIGABYTE.

Additional features include a RapidRoute 2.0 cable management system with modular pegboard design, an anti-sag GPU stabilization arm, and a modern I/O panel with three USB Type-C ports. The case is available in black or white configurations.

"We designed the AIR 5400 for builders who want it all with exceptional cooling, silent performance, and a showcase-worthy design," said Thi La, Chief Executive Officer of CORSAIR. "Every detail, from the triple-chamber layout to the swing-open glass panels, was engineered to make building a high-performance PC more satisfying than ever."

The company stated the case won multiple Best of Computex awards when the prototype was revealed in May. The AIR 5400 comes with a two-year warranty and is backed by CORSAIR's customer service network.
