Angel reaches two million paying Guild members

December 30, 2025 9:00 AM EST

Angel (NYSE: ANGX) announced it surpassed two million paying Guild members, achieving 25% growth since the third quarter of 2025. The media and technology company reached the milestone in December, less than a year after crossing one million members in March 2025.

The company attributed the growth to its expanded content slate, having added 430 new films, television episodes and specials to its platform since the beginning of 2025. Angel's Guild members participate in deciding which stories get produced and distributed through the company's audience-centric model.

The milestone follows the theatrical release of Angel's animated film "DAVID," which the company states became the highest-grossing faith-based animated theatrical opening and achieved Angel's best three-day theatrical opening. The film is scheduled to premiere in more than 40 international markets.

"Reaching two million Guild members is a validation of our audience-centric model and the values-driven stories we champion," said Neal Harmon, co-founder and CEO of Angel. "Strong collaboration between the Guild and our filmmaker partners is our creative engine."

Angel has acquired several franchises including "DAVID," "Tuttle Twins," "Homestead" and "The Wingfeather Saga" to strengthen its content library. The company's upcoming theatrical releases include "I Was A Stranger," "Solo Mio" starring Kevin James, and "Young Washington" featuring Kelsey Grammer.

The company operates through its Guild member model, where paying subscribers influence content production decisions. Angel has released more than 40 films and 20 television series, including "Sound of Freedom," which earned more than $250 million at the worldwide box office.
