Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) unveils Paperwhite e-Reader, a device new display technology for the Kindle with flattened-out fiber optics nano imprinted to keep light even. Amazon says it has 25 percent more contrast and 62 percent more pixels at 212 ppi.
Engadget said the Kindle can get eight weeks of life with the light on.
