AGA Precision Systems earns AS9100 aerospace certification

December 22, 2025 7:30 AM EST

PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB) announced that its subsidiary AGA Precision Systems LLC received AS9100 certification, a quality management standard for aerospace, defense and space industries.

The certification is issued by the International Aerospace Quality Group and requires companies to implement a structured, process-based quality management system. AS9100 applies to organizations that design, develop or provide aerospace, defense, space and aviation products and services.

AGA Precision Systems operates as a CNC machine shop specializing in high-tolerance milling, turning, mold manufacturing and machining of complex metals including titanium and Inconel. The company serves aerospace, defense, space and industrial sectors from its California facility.

PMGC stated the certification positions AGA to support more complex, regulated programs with existing customers in aerospace, defense and space sectors. The company indicated this could drive increased demand and recurring work.

PMGC disclosed it is evaluating integration of humanoid robotics and advanced robotic automation systems into manufacturing facilities as part of long-term strategy. The company noted these initiatives are under evaluation with no assurance of implementation or anticipated benefits.

Founded over a decade ago, AGA has grown through referrals and repeat orders without formal sales or marketing functions. The subsidiary has maintained operating profitability through long-standing customer relationships.

PMGC Holdings operates as a diversified holding company focused on acquiring businesses that provide products and services to critical end markets. The company is building a portfolio of operating companies in U.S. manufacturing and advanced technologies.
