Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAD) announced that Daniel B. Soland resigned from the company's board of directors, effective October 30. Soland also stepped down from his positions as member and chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Soland notified the board of his resignation on October 28. The company stated that the resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company or board regarding operations, policies or practices.
The information was disclosed in a company statement. Acadia Pharmaceuticals did not provide additional details about the circumstances surrounding the resignation or plans for replacing Soland's board positions.
