MERRILLVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today declared a quarterly common stock dividend payment of $0.30 cents per share, payable August 20, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2026.
