Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) announced today that Gary Pinkus has been elected to its board of directors as an independent director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
“I am thrilled to welcome Gary to our exceptional board of directors," commented Walker & Dunlop's Chairman and CEO Willy Walker. “As former managing partner of McKinsey & Company’s North American operations, and global leader of McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice, Gary brings vast business knowledge and experience to the W&D board. Gary's insights and leadership will help guide Walker & Dunlop forward, and we are extremely excited to have him join us.”
Pinkus has spent his entire professional career at McKinsey and has served on McKinsey’s Shareholders Council (McKinsey’s Board of Directors) since 2009. He has chaired McKinsey’s Senior Partners Committee and been Chairman of North America since 2019. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Wake Forest University and as Chair of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Finance Committee.
