VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) announced the addition of Admiral (Ret.) Eli Marum and Ambassador (Ret.) Ned L. Siegel to its advisory board, according to a company statement.

Admiral Marum served 38 years in the Israeli Navy, including as Commander-in-Chief from 2007 to 2011. He commanded operations including the capture of the Karin A weapons ship and established security systems for Israeli offshore natural gas platforms. His experience includes training at the Israel Navy Advanced Command Course, National Defense College, U.S. Navy Senior International Defense Management Program, and Harvard Business School.

Ambassador Siegel brings four decades of diplomatic and commercial experience. He served as U.S. Ambassador to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Senior Advisor to the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, and on the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. He currently operates The Siegel Group, providing international business advisory services.

The appointments join former UK Member of Parliament Ben Everitt on the company's advisory board. VisionWave develops AI-powered radar, RF sensing, and autonomous systems technology.

The company holds over 50 granted patents and operates pilot programs across multiple countries. Current programs include a $216,000 live-fire testing program with a UAE defense contractor, demonstrations with U.S. defense contractors, border security deployments in Israel, and a 10-year framework agreement in India.

VisionWave maintains no long-term debt and secured a $50 million equity line of credit in July 2025. The company's market capitalization stands at approximately $197 million. The defense radar market is projected to grow from $12.4 billion in 2025 to $24.1 billion by 2034.

The company expects minimal 2025 revenues as it completes pilot validations, with projected revenue growth beginning in 2026 as programs transition to production contracts.
