VectorY Therapeutics names Kevin Pojasek to board of directors

VectorY Therapeutics appointed Kevin Pojasek, Ph.D., to its board of directors, according to a company statement. Pojasek brings more than 20 years of experience in biotechnology company leadership, strategy development, and drug development.



Pojasek currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Enara Bio, a position he has held since 2018. At Enara Bio, he leads development of T-cell engager therapies targeting solid tumor targets. He also works as a venture partner at SV Health Investors and previously served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Atlas Venture.



Before joining Enara Bio, Pojasek held the position of chief strategy and business officer at Immunocore, where he developed corporate and research strategies and led business development efforts. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Quartet Medicine while at Atlas Venture and served as the company's president and chief executive officer.



"Kevin's track record of building and guiding high-impact biotech companies makes him an exceptional addition to our board at VectorY," said Adam Rosenberg, chair of the board at VectorY.



Pojasek earned his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado.



VectorY Therapeutics develops vectorized antibody therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. The company's pipeline includes treatments targeting various proteins associated with ALS, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and frontotemporal dementia.
