Trilogy Metals shareholders elect seven directors at annual meeting

Trilogy Metals Inc. (NYSE American: TMQ) announced voting results from its annual shareholder meeting held May 13, 2026, in Vancouver. All seven director nominees were elected, with 108,434,019 shares or 62.84% of eligible shares represented at the meeting.
Tony Giardini received the highest support with 99.63% of votes, while William Hayden received the lowest at 85.88%. The other elected directors were James Gowans (99.23%), William Iggiagruk Hensley (85.33%), Gregory Lang (86.20%), Janice Stairs (85.56%), and Diana Walters (85.62%).
Shareholders also approved the appointment of auditors with 99.71% support and endorsed executive compensation in a non-binding advisory vote with 94.53% approval.
The company holds a 50% interest in Ambler Metals LLC, which owns the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects in northwestern Alaska. South32 Limited formed a joint venture with Trilogy Metals in December 2019 after exercising its option.
The projects are located in the Ambler Mining District and include the Arctic VMS deposit and the Bornite carbonate replacement deposit, spanning approximately 190,929 hectares. The deposits contain copper, zinc, lead, gold, silver, and high-grade copper and cobalt mineralization.
