Tony Zingale joins LivePerson board of directors

LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) announced the appointment of Tony Zingale to its board of directors, effective immediately. The conversational AI company said Zingale brings decades of experience in leading enterprise software companies.

Zingale has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry and currently serves on the boards of ON24, Expressive, and Athos Therapeutics. He previously served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Jive Software, leading the company through its initial public offering. Before Jive, he held leadership positions including President and CEO of Mercury Interactive, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard, and President and CEO of Clarify, which was acquired by Nortel Networks.
