Three Macy's board members will not seek re-election in May

Macy's Inc. (NYSE: M) announced that three board members will not stand for re-election at the company's annual shareholder meeting scheduled for May 15, 2026.
Richard Clark, Douglas W. Sesler and Tracey Zhen notified the board of directors on March 25, 2026, of their intention not to seek re-election. The company stated that their decisions were not the result of any dispute or disagreement with Macy's regarding operations, policies, practices or other matters.
The board approved reducing its size from 13 to 10 members, effective following the 2026 annual meeting.
