Target Hospitality appoints Paul Hohnsbeen to board of directors

Target Hospitality Corp. (NASDAQ: TH) announced the appointment of Paul Hohnsbeen to its board of directors, effective May 5, 2026. Hohnsbeen will serve as an independent director and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.



Hohnsbeen brings experience in data center operations, real estate development, construction, and energy infrastructure. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Operations Officer of Aligned Data Centers, overseeing strategic planning and operations across design, construction, real estate, and power strategy.



From 2016 to 2021, Hohnsbeen served as Vice President of IBX Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Equinix, managing operations across 16 countries. His previous roles included positions at Laing O'Rourke, Global Switch, KEO International Consultants, and Lehman Brothers, where he held executive positions in private equity real estate and corporate real estate from 2002 to 2008.



"His extensive expertise will bring valuable perspective as we continue to expand in strategic end markets, including AI-driven data center and related critical infrastructure development," said Brad Archer, President and Chief Executive Officer.



Hohnsbeen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Target Hospitality describes itself as one of North America's largest providers of vertically integrated modular accommodations and hospitality services.



The company operates a network of communities offering food service management, concierge, laundry, logistics, security and recreational facilities services. The appointment information was provided in a company press release.
