T-Mobile appoints Deutsche Telekom CTO to board of directors

T-Mobile US Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) announced that Abdurazak Mudesir was elected to its board of directors on September 19, 2025, effective immediately.

Mudesir was selected as a designee of Deutsche Telekom AG under the Second Amended and Restated Stockholders' Agreement dated June 22, 2020, between T-Mobile, Deutsche Telekom and SoftBank Group Corp.

Mudesir currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of Deutsche Telekom, according to the company statement.
